fire and rebirth

This year I start writing for NaNo on the second day. I spent the first day doing administrative (ha) tasks, trawling bookstores, and gathering my thoughts. Another reason is that my right wrist has been aching since Wednesday. It'd better not be a carpal tunnel syndrome symptom or anything! So I was/am giving the wrist a break.

Like I did last year, those 50k words won't consist of a single novel. I'll be writing a mix of things, both fanfic and origfic. As long as I'm having fun, right? ;)
