Somehow I'm reminded of "My Immortal" from FFNet

August accomplishment: 34 % of a new novel done. No particularly snarky character this time, so I distribute the snark to various characters.

On pen names and aliases. The main reason I publish under a pen name is to keep my writer's persona a separate entity. When people who know me see my book in the bookstore, they wouldn't connect the name with me, so they'd have no pre-established opinions. Of course, they might not even read the genre, heh.
